One On One Personal Training
If you are local to South Florida. I offer one on one personal training sessions.
I will create a workout program that is tailored to your fitness goals. Whether you want to lose weight, get lean, and or build muscle.
One on one personal training can be done in the comfort of your home, outdoors, and or at a gym. Sessions are anywhere from 45 minutes up to an hour.
Once purchased you will be emailed a questionnaire. Complete and submit the questionnaire. I will review the information submitted and contact you within 24-48 hours to schedule a one on one personal training session.
The first initial session will consist of a fitness assessment with bodyweight exercises.
In subsequent sessions we will increase the difficulty of your training to ensure you never reach a plateau and are always making progress towards your fitness goals.
