Virtual Personal Training (via Zoom)
I offer MONTHLY virtual personal training sessions via Zoom. Virtual personal training sessions will operate no different than One On One Personal Training sessions. Just without the physical contact. Virtual personal training can be done anywhere, with no equipment, and or limited equipment.
Virtual personal training includes:
- 2-5 Virtual Training Sessions A Week (45 minutes a session)
- A Custom Workout Program (with bi-weekly adjustments)
- Virtual Exercise Instruction (including modifications)
- Weekly Check Ins (in order to track your progress)
- 24/7 Support & Motivation (from me via Zoom)
Once purchased you will be emailed a questionnaire. Complete and submit the questionnaire. I will review the information submitted and contact you within 24-48 hours to schedule a one on one personal training session.
