How much does personal training cost?
The cost of personal training varies. It depends on what your goals are, the frequency that you want to work together, and the budget that you have.
Is there a time limit for how long we work together?
No. There is no time limit for how long we work together. The majority of clients work with me anywhere from 3 to 6 months, up to a year, or longer. Depending on what your goals are. We can work together for a shorter or longer period of time.
What equipment will I need?
Personal training can be done with no equipment, limited equipment, and or a gym set up. I will make a recommendation when we speak based on what your goals are, the frequency that you want to work together, and the budget that you have.
How many workouts per week are included?
A minimum of two workouts per week are included. Most clients like to train at a frequency of 2 to 3 times a week. However, others like to train 4 to 5 times a week. Can I pay for my session the day of?
No. All sessions must be paid for in advance in order to reserve the scheduled session time for you.
What is your refund policy?
There are no refunds. All sales are final.
What is your cancellation policy?
I appreciate as much notice as possible. However, I require a minimum 12 hour notice prior to a scheduled appointment time. Failure to give adequate notice may result in forfeiture of the training session.
