I offer MONTHLY personal training sessions. Personal training can be done in person and or virtually via Zoom. If you would like to train in person, personal training can be done in the comfort of your home (I do house calls), outdoors, and or at my private studio.
Personal training includes:
- 2-5 Personal Training Sessions A Week (45 minutes a session)
- A Custom Workout Program (with bi-weekly adjustments)
- Detailed Exercise Instruction (including modifications)
- Weekly Check Ins (in order to track your progress)
- 24/7 Support & Motivation (from me in person)
Once purchased you will be emailed a questionnaire. Complete and submit the questionnaire. I will review the information submitted and contact you within 24-48 hours to schedule a physical assessment.

As a fitness nutrition specialist, I will calculate your macronutrients for you. This includes your protein, carbohydrate, and fat breakdown. As well as your total calories.
The nutrition consultation will be conducted via Zoom and take approximately 60 minutes. During the consultation, I will go over your macronutrients with you in detail, offer nutritional advice, and answer any questions that you might have.
After the consultation you will receive a follow up email summarizing what was discussed, any recommendations that I have, and links to helpful resources.
