The advanced guide to the gym is designed to help you build muscle and create shape with a structured program focused on developing lean muscle mass.
This downloadable workout guide includes a five day workout program. That is broken down into three upper body and two lower body days.
Each workout session consists of five exercises that will take anywhere from 60-90 minutes to complete. Core exercises and cardio sessions are also included.
