I created this workout guide for a beginner. Someone who has never touch a weight before in their life. Who wants to start going to the gym regularly but doesn't know where to begin.
The beginner’s guide to the gym will introduce you to weight training and show you how to use exercise machines like a pro.
This downloadable workout guide includes a five day workout program. That is broken down into three upper body and two lower body days.
Each workout session consists of five exercises that will take anywhere from 30-45 minutes to complete. Core exercises and cardio sessions are also included.
