The intermediate guide to the gym is designed to help you gain strength and increase endurance as you learn new training techniques.
This downloadable workout guide includes a five day workout program. That is broken down into three upper body and two lower body days.
Each workout session consists of five exercises that will take anywhere from 45-60 minutes to complete. Core exercises and cardio sessions are also included.
