I created this workout guide for women who want to look sexy and feel confident in a bikini. With the goal of helping you lose weight while also tightening and toning your body in all the right areas. In order to shape the Ultimate Bikini Body.
This is a 30 Day Workout Program that is broken up into two phases.
Phase one, consists of body weight exercises that you can do from the comfort of your home. You will do these exercises for the first two weeks of the program.
Phase two, consists of exercises that you will need to do in a gym. You will do these exercises for the last two weeks of the program.
Each workout session consists of a full body workout that will take less than an hour to complete. Core exercises and cardio sessions are also included.
