Personal Training
Get a customized workout program that is tailored to your fitness level, needs, and goals. I will hold you accountable to help you stay motivated and committed towards your goals. We will track your results with fitness assessments, measurements, and progress photos.
Train from the comfort of your home, office space, and or at my private studio in Deerfield Beach. I will provide the equipment needed for an effective workout.
If you are interested in virtual training, sessions are conducted via Zoom. You will receive the same guidance as in person training with the equipment that you have available.
If your schedule varies, I offer flexible scheduling to accommodate morning, afternoon, and evening sessions. We can work together to find a time that works best for you.
Nutrition Coaching
Get a custom macro plan tailored to your needs and goals. Without feeling like you’re on a diet.
Macronutrients are the nutrients that we need in larger quantities that provide us with energy. These consist of protein, carbohydrates, and fat. Each macro provides different health and nutrition benefits. Manipulating these ratios, specific to your body’s needs and your goals can help with fat loss or muscle growth, appetite control, and energy levels.
As a Fitness Nutrition Specialist, I will calculate your caloric intake and macronutrient ratios based on your needs and goals. I will also guide you through nutrition solutions that assess portion sizes, reading food labels, and how to leverage behavior change strategies for sustainable results.
The nutrition consultation will be conducted via Zoom, it will be recorded, and you will be emailed a copy of the recording.
How It Works
Consultation
Schedule a free consultation and fill out a detailed questionnaire. During the initial consultation, we are going to review your questionnaire and determine if we are a good fit.
Assessment
I will conduct a physical assessment to evaluate your current level of fitness and identify areas of strength and weakness. This information will provide a baseline for your current physical condition.
Training
I will create a workout program that is tailored to your fitness level, goals, and preferences. We will monitor your results on a regular basis to ensure that you do not hit a plateau.
